A little over a week ago, we released Bleed Green’s 2012 Eagles Preview, a long-in-the-works magazine dedicating detailed analysis to Philadelphia’s upcoming season, and an update is now available. Shortly after press time, the Eagles went ahead and made drastic changes to their front office by replacing president Joe Banner, so we felt obligated to throw the headlining offseason news into what was already an in-depth look at the Birds of 2012. The update, which will be implemented for all buyers from this point and sent to previous buyers on request, features two new pages of content and correction of slight printing errors.
The magazine, complete with the update that makes the publication 60 pages in length, is available to order via HP’s online MagCloud market for just $2.50 (digital version) or $13.60, a price that includes both a mailed print version and free digital copy. The update, which has resulted in no change to the original magazine price, includes a full page story on the news involving Banner as well as reformatted text and spacing in some areas.
As stated at the time of the publication’s release, among the many contributors to the magazine are Les Bowen of Philadelphia’s Daily News, Tim McManus from 97.5 The Fanatic, Eric Edholm of Pro Football Weekly, Mike Clay of Pro Football Focus and Rotoworld, Jeff Warner of 1470 The Fox, Chuck Stanley of EaglesFanCast, Jason Brewer of Bleeding Green Nation, and NFL agents JR Rickert and Paul Sheehy. Graphic design was completed by Jake Louden. A few of the features included in Bleed Green’s 2012 Eagles Preview are a position-by-position evaluation of the team’s entire roster, outlook for each of Philly’s NFC East rivals, a recollection of the Eagles’ 2008 season with Dan Klecko, interviews with Ellis Hobbs and Jamar Chaney, grades for the Eagles’ 2012 draft picks, analysis of franchise record-holders, and cover pieces discussing whether Michael Vick has what it takes to win a Super Bowl.
